The Bose Lab
fascinated by the structures, movements and mechanisms of non-coding enhancer RNAs
We are a Wellcome Trust funded research group at the University of Sheffield established in 2017. We are fascinated by the complex interplay between non-protein coding RNAs and the large protein machines that control chromatin organisation in cells. We aim to understand the mechanisms that enable these interactions to regulate gene expression.
